This is a great bridge after implementation if your in-house team doesn't have the capacity to handle the details, or is new to managing systems at scale.
For smaller organizations I do this in a laison capacity, where I function as a sounding board / coach to your in-house Ops Lead while they grow into managing the system on their own.
