Go-Live & Initial Training

The fun part — that's sadly over too quickly, like Thanksgiving dinner.

So much prep.

So much to coordinate.

Then it's over as fast as it arrives.

It's not a bad thing. But worth naming as it deserves a moment of pause and celebration.

Even — especially — when it does not go to plan.

Whatever happens, it needs to be framed positively.

Of course there are debriefs and retrospectives — but for implementations designed to handle scale, that should be routine.

Not something that only happens at milestones this big.

This needs to be framed positively because by this point the core team will be experiencing development fatigue.

And the real work of adoption is only getting started.

I don't care if it's an absolute dumpster fire.

We build on what worked.

Onward.
